Berets: 1 day
Headbands: 1 day (for 2 pieces)
Baby wear: About 1 week
Shirts/Jackets: Up to 3 weeks
Please note that timelines may vary during busy periods or for custom orders.

Yes, we do. Custom orders allow you to choose size, colour, and style.
Kindly note that custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

We use high-quality yarns, including acrylic and other suitable blends, selected for comfort, durability, and neat finishing. Yarn choice depends on the item and its purpose.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery within Nigeria. Delivery fees vary based on your location and will be communicated before shipping.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after the item has been completed and dispatched, depending on your location and the courier service.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once work has started, cancellations are not allowed.
